Khaleej Times, Standard Chartered launch ‘Global Indians of the UAE’ series

Khaleej Times and Standard Chartered have announced a new editorial partnership titled Global Indians of the UAE, a multi-format initiative spotlighting a new generation of Indian expatriate leaders shaping business, culture, and innovation from the UAE to the global stage.

Launching on February 10, 2026, the four-part series opens with Women on the Rise, focusing on second-generation professionals and entrepreneurs who are building companies, driving innovation, and contributing to the UAE’s economic and social landscape. The series aims to highlight stories of influence, ambition, and identity across industries.

At the core of the initiative is the Global Indians of the UAE list – an annual curated selection recognising emerging leaders for professional excellence, community impact, and global outlook. The project will extend beyond written features to include multimedia storytelling, a vodcast series featuring conversations with changemakers, and an invitation-only networking forum designed to connect leaders across sectors.

The collaboration signals a long-term editorial platform dedicated to documenting the evolving role of Indian expatriates in the UAE’s growth story. With a focus on leadership, entrepreneurship, and cross-border influence, the initiative seeks to capture how diaspora talent continues to shape regional and international conversations.
