Dubai, UAE – October 14, 2025
Abu Dhabi has introduced the world’s first AI-powered public servant, TAMM AutoGov, at GITEX Global 2025, marking a significant milestone in the UAE’s journey toward becoming an “AI-native” government. Developed by the Department of Government Enablement (DGE), TAMM AutoGov is designed to proactively manage recurring administrative tasks such as license renewals, bill payments, and healthcare appointments, operating seamlessly in the background to enhance citizen convenience.
This innovative system is part of a broader upgrade to TAMM, Abu Dhabi’s unified digital platform that integrates over 1,100 public and private services. The TAMM AutoGov feature allows residents to set personal preferences and automation levels for various recurring services, ensuring transactions occur securely and on time. Additionally, the platform introduces TAMM AI Assistant, providing smart, contextual, and proactive support to complete many services on the customer’s behalf, enhancing personalization and proactivity across every user journey.
The launch of TAMM AutoGov aligns with Abu Dhabi’s Government Digital Strategy 2025–2027, reinforcing the emirate’s ambition to become the first government globally to embed artificial intelligence across all core citizen services. With the world’s first AI-powered public servant at its center, Abu Dhabi is positioning itself at the forefront of “anticipatory governance”—a model where government services act before citizens even need to request them.
