UAE releases Ramadan 2026 timetable with Imsak and Iftar timings

The UAE has released the Ramadan Timetable for 2026, outlining daily prayer timings along with Imsak and Iftar schedules to help residents prepare for the holy month, which is expected to begin on February 19, pending the official moon sighting.

The timetable provides day-by-day guidance on when to begin fasting at dawn (Imsak) and when to break the fast at sunset (Iftar), alongside the five daily prayer times observed across the Emirates. The schedule is used by residents to organise work routines, family life, worship, and community activities during Ramadan.

Because sunrise and sunset times vary slightly by location, official timetables typically account for differences across emirates and are aligned with mosque announcements and national religious authorities. The release allows households and businesses to plan, particularly around Suhoor, prayer schedules, and adjusted working hours common during the holy month.

Authorities emphasise that the final start date of Ramadan will be confirmed following the sighting of the crescent moon, after which the timetable will guide daily fasting practices throughout the month.

The early release reflects growing demand for planning tools as communities prepare for one of the most spiritually significant periods of the Islamic calendar.
