Dubai: Dubai’s skyline reappeared under clearer skies as rainfall eased following hours of unstable weather, revealing open roads and gleaming landmarks after round-the-clock efforts by the city’s emergency and municipal teams.
Images released by the Government of Dubai Media Office showed the emirate’s iconic buildings emerging from low clouds, with improved visibility across major areas. The photographs captured a return to calm conditions after days of rain that prompted widespread advisories and precautionary measures.
Authorities worked continuously throughout the night and into the morning to manage water accumulation, clear roads, and ensure the safety of residents. Drainage operations and traffic management helped restore normal movement across key routes as conditions gradually stabilised.
Officials praised the coordination among emergency responders, transportation authorities, and municipal teams, highlighting the city’s preparedness and rapid response during adverse weather. Residents were advised to remain cautious as weather conditions continue to fluctuate in parts of the country.
