Real Estate & Faz Property Management Ltd
1. Please tell us more about Faz Property Management Ltd and its vision.
Faz Hassan:
Faz Property Management Ltd was created with a very clear vision- to bring clarity, efficiency, and trust back into the property management world. I have spent over 20 years of experience on how people live, rent, finance, and build long-term value through property. My vision was to build a company that handled each property as if it were our own.
Our mission is simple:
To provide landlords, investors, and tenants with a trouble-free, trustful, and personalized experience that safeguards their assets while maximizing long-term value.
We aim to become a company known not just for managing properties, but for managing relationships, creating peace of mind for landlords, and making good living experiences for tenants. The vision is long-term – to grow nationally, then internationally, and ultimately offer investment and development opportunities globally.”
2. What unique value does your company bring to landlords, investors, and tenants compared to competitors?
Faz Hassan:
At Faz Property Management Ltd, we bring the value that is rooted in genuine personal care which the modern property industry has forgotten. While many competitors work with call centres and rely on slow transactional systems, we focus on building real relationships. Landlords get complete transparency, consistent communication, and absolutely no hidden charges. Investors benefit from strategic guidance that covers property selection, ROI potential, emerging growth areas, and long-term market behaviour, helping them make decisions with clarity and confidence. Tenants who are often overlooked in this industry, are treated with respect and support and we also provide clear updates and fast responses, because I firmly believe that a happy tenant is the base of a successful property business. What makes us different is that when we say we care, we mean it. We don’t cut corners, we don’t make inflated promises, and we never treat people like numbers, every client and every tenant is handled with honesty, responsibility, and a human touch.
3. With 20+ years of sales and management experience, what core lessons guide your property business?
Faz Hassan:
The basic lessons that guide my property business come from a lifetime of experiences, both personal and professional. The first is the power of relationships, because real estate will always be built on trust, reputation, and human connection. I have also learned to prioritise cash flow over emotions; before anyone falls in love with a property, the numbers must make complete sense. Another principle I follow is treating every client’s investment as if it were my own, so I protect it, grow it and always remain transparent. Both discipline and consistency are important, as a long-term mindset is what protects you during short-term market turbulence. And finally, I will never forget my roots. I started working at the age of ten which taught me values that still guide me today: hard work, humility, and resilience. These lessons keep me grounded and ensure that every decision I make serves my clients, my team, and the future of the business.
4. What strategies have helped you succeed in today’s competitive property market?
Faz Hassan:
Success in real estate requires a blend of market insight, strong networks, emotional intelligence, and strategic planning.
My key strategies are:
- Investing in areas before they boom by analyzing market cycles
- Building strong relationships with contractors, solicitors, agents, and developers
- Offering full end-to-end solutions from tenant sourcing to maintenance
- Keeping operations lean, efficient, and scalable
- Prioritizing long-term gains instead of short-term wins
- Being available, present, and responsive at all times
Real estate can be unpredictable, but discipline and forecasting keep us ahead of the curve.
5. What trends do you see shaping the real estate sector in 2025 and beyond?
Faz Hassan:
The real estate landscape is shifting quickly.
Key trends include:
- Increased demand for rental properties as buying becomes harder for many
- Smart home technology integration is becoming a standard
- Sustainable, eco-friendly homes are gaining huge investors interest
- Multi-family and co-living spaces are rising in popularity
- More investors are looking for passive-income portfolios
- Growth of short-term and mid-term rental strategies, especially in urban hubs
2025 and beyond will belong to landlords who adapt, innovate, and provide better living experiences.
6. What has been your proudest achievement in real estate so far?
Faz Hassan:
What I’m most proud of is creating a property management company that clients confidently entrust with their assets, many of which represent their hard-earned life savings.
But personally, what gives me the greatest satisfaction is helping people, especially first-time investors who build wealth for their families.
Coming from very humble beginnings, creating a business that now supports others in achieving long-term security and generational wealth is something I hold very close to my heart.

This unique culture, combined with consistent delivery, has helped the company gain strong trust in the market. As a result, Gr8 Connect has been recognized as a Global Award-Winning Recruitment Company of the Year for three consecutive years, which reflects its dedication to high standards, ethical conduct, and exceptional service.
2. Having worked 15+ years in recruitment, what key lessons have shaped your leadership approach?
Faz Hassan:
In reflecting on over 15 years in the industry, Faz highlighted that his leadership is rooted in loyalty, regularity, and leading by example. Having stayed loyal to one organisation for 15 years before starting Gr8 Connect, he believes loyalty allows professionals to truly master their craft. He highlighted the value of consistency and commitment, even on tough days, and made it clear he’d never expect his team to do something he wasn’t willing to do.
Faz added that keeping morale high is one of the most important responsibilities of a leader, because people carry out their best when they feel valued, supported, and recognised. Every challenge he faced throughout his career became a launchpad stone that strengthened his flexibility. To him, leadership is not about being the boss but it’s about guiding people, protecting them, and helping them grow into stronger versions of themselves.
3. Recruitment is evolving with technology and AI—how is Gr8 Connect Ltd adapting to these changes?
Faz Hassan:
When discussing the impact of technology and AI, Faz admitted that digital transformation is inescapable and here to stay. Despite preferring a traditional approach to work, he welcomes any tool that genuinely boosts productivity and improves how clients are served.
Gr8 Connect utilizes CRM systems that smooth day-to-day operations and support faster, more accurate candidate selection. The company invests in training so every team member understands new digital processes and can adapt to industry changes. However, Faz highlights that although AI can enhance the recruitment process, it can’t substitute the human instinct, emotional intelligence, and real-world experience required to build genuine employer-candidate relationships.
Gr8 Connect maintains a balance between technology and personal interaction, ensuring the business develops without losing its foundational values.
4. How do you help businesses bridge the talent gap and build strong teams?
Faz Hassan:
Faz explained that helping companies bridge the talent gap begins with understanding their culture, not just the role they are trying to fill. Gr8 Connect is committed to delivering candidates who are reliable, thoroughly assessed, and matched to the precise skills each role demands.
The company provides rapid support for urgent staffing needs and maintains open communication throughout the recruitment process. Beyond placement, Gr8 Connect helped with training, onboarding, and ongoing workforce solidity to ensure employers don’t just hire someone, they hire the right person. Faz emphasized that the main goal is always the same: to place the right people in the right roles so businesses can operate smoothly, grow confidently, and stay competitive.
5. What trends do you see shaping the recruitment sector in 2025 and beyond?
Faz Hassan:
According to Faz, the recruitment sector is undergoing a crucial transformation. Looking ahead to 2025 and the upcoming years, he predicts AI tools will play a bigger role in sourcing, screening, and managing large volumes of candidate data. Flexible working arrangements will continue to rise, along with increasing demand for skill and talent, especially in technical and specialized sectors.
Faz also highlighted the shift towards global recruitment, as companies start to look beyond borders for the best talent. Employee well-being, retention, and workplace culture will become the main priorities for employers. Additionally, he noted that soft skills such as adaptability, communication, and emotional intelligence will be more in demand than ever before. To stay relevant, recruitment companies will need to remain agile, strategic, and deeply people-focused.
6. What is your proudest achievement so far in the recruitment industry?
Faz Hassan:
Faz expressed that his proudest achievement is seeing Gr8 Connect grow from a vision into a multimillion-pound organisation that was built completely from scratch and fully self-funded without relying on external loans. Beyond financial success, he is especially proud of the loyal and hardworking team that has been built over the years, as well as the thousands of individuals Gr8 Connect has helped save employment opportunities across various industries.
He highlighted that one of the company’s greatest successes is creating a workplace culture where employees feel valued, respected, and appreciated. The global awards Gr8 Connect earns year after year reinforce the company’s unwavering commitment to excellence. Faz believes the journey is only beginning, and the future holds even greater milestones.
Closing Questions
1. How do you balance risk-taking with careful planning when managing businesses in two different industries?
Faz Hassan:
Faz explained that balancing two industries needs a disciplined mindset, strong time management, and complete clarity about long-term goals. He takes calculated risks that are supported by data, forecasting, and industry insights and not the emotional decisions.
He credits his success to having a reliable and trusted team behind him. According to Faz, no business can grow through the efforts of one person alone. Delegation, trust, and consistency allow both his property and recruitment businesses to operate efficiently while steadily moving in the right direction.
2. What advice would you give to aspiring business leaders, property entrepreneurs, and recruitment professionals?
Faz wrapped up the interview with practical advice- stay humble, stay disciplined, and remain loyal to your long-term goals. He added that hard work, discipline and consistency will always outperform talent when talent fails to stay consistent. There is no need to fear from challenges because they build character and inner strength. He further advised young entrepreneurs not to chase quick wins, but instead to focus on building long-term value that stands the test of time.
Most importantly, Faz urged individuals to believe in themselves even during moments when others fail to see their potential. Reflecting on his own journey, he shared that if he could rise from modest beginnings to leading successful businesses, then anyone with passion, discipline, and the right mindset can achieve the same.
